CelCradle™

CelCradle is a bench-scale bioreactor system that can support high adherent cell density culture. It is a single-use, cost effective packed-bed bioreactor system for adherent scale-up from laboratory scale to production scale. This disposable bioreactor fits inside a 6ft3 CO2 incubator (for batch culture) or 8.5ft3 CO2 incubator (for perfusion culture).

The ready-to-use bottles, as part of single-use manufacturing, helps eliminate validation costs as compared to multiple-use system when starting on your next cell culture run. The system components come pre-sterilized, pre-packed that speed up your research whether for vaccine, stem cell, or viral production applications.

VXL™Hybrid

The Hybrid bioreactor (HBR) is a versatile bioreactor that can do four types of culture, namely: adherent culture using macrocarriers, adherent culture using microcarriers, suspension culture, and fermentation. This 4 in 1, multifunctional bioreactor system is best used for research and development before scaling up to a larger bioreactor system. TideXcell ®

TideXcell® is a linearly scalable pilot bioreactor system that runs on Tide Motion principle. It is ideal for biomass expansion of adherent cells under single-use or multiple-use technologies. The pilot scale bioreactor is also integrated with desirable and advanced features such as pH and DO (Dissolved Oxygen) measurement capability, Siemens HMI or PLC-based monitoring and control system, compressed air path that comes with a double HEPA and VOC (volatile organic chemicals) filters as well as other accessories.

StirCradle™-Pro

The StirCradle-Pro is a fully stainless steel fermenter/bioreactor system designed with an automated 5-step cycle SIP system for both culture medium and reactor vessel. Esco VacciXcell offers a wide range of large scale bioreactors capacities from 20L up to 1000L. However, customized reactor sizes are available should the users require a customized bioreactor for large scale culture of cells.

StirCradle-Pro features various advanced design and assembly to facilitate the fermentation/culture process including reactor design that eliminates blind spots and increases oxygen retention rate, lifting system for easy cleaning of reactor vessel, and LED light for easy viewing within the culture tank.

Esco VacciXcell simplifies scale up from the laboratory to pilot and production scale by providing analysis data as reference for scale-up conditions. Apart from customized sizes, Esco VacciXcell also offers parametric programming and special vessel development to help speed up the experiment.
