PENNSYLVANIA — Bioprocess International (BPI) conference at Hynes Convention Center Boston got innovative technologies covered with more science, more new data, and more case studies this Sep. 4–7.
Esco VacciXcell team will gather at booth 824 to bring the Tide Motion bioreactors such as CelCradle™ and TideCell® in display to aid in the continuous search for an effective and linearly scalable bioprocessing platform.
The growing demand for continuous bioprocessing from small-scale to commercial-scale manufacturing lead the team to provide an end-to-end process, from preparation of cell seed to harvesting.
CelCradle is a single-use benchtop bioreactor system that can be used for cell mass transfer to TideCell bioreactor, which is equipped with its own closed cell harvesting system.
These bioreactors utilize the Tide Motion principle, the gentle upward and downward motion of the culture medium in the system that qualifies shear stress, bubbling, and foaming to zero.
One of the many advantages of this TideCell® Cell Harvesting System (TCCHS) is an automated cell harvesting system with a harvesting efficiency rate of more than 90% and since BioNOC™ II, a macrocarrier, are utilized in the beginning of the process, cell retention step can be eliminated.
The Esco VacciXcell team looks forward to heading east as they continue to drive the future with its innovative technologies. For more information about the event, visit https://lifesciences.knect365.com/bioprocessinternational/
